Federal Judge Strikes Down Restrictive Pentagon Press Policy

A federal judge on Friday struck down the Trump administration’s policy limiting reporters access to the Defense Department. Many reporters, including NBC News, had refused to consent to the new rules. Now, a judge has ruled the policy illegally restricts press credentials of reporters who walked out of the Pentagon rather than agree to the restrictive rules for coverage.
