House passes bill to fully fund DHS but measure unlikely to pass Senate

The House has voted to yes on a temporary bill to fund all of the Department of Homeland Security, including ICE and Customs and Border Protection, but the government shutdown is expected to continue as the measure is thought to be "dead on arrival" in the Senate.
