DRC leader Tshisekedi hints at possible rule beyond second term amid eastern war

The Democratic Republic of Congo's President Felix Tshisekedi on Wednesday evoked a possible third term and a potential delay of a presidential vote due in two years because of turmoil in the volatile east.
