The commission of inquiry into electoral violence in Tanzania released its report on Thursday, a document commissioned by President Samia Suluhu, re-elected with 97.66% of the vote, which has been rejected by the opposition but acknowledges that hundreds of demonstrators were killed in the aftermath of the presidential election, as reported by regional correspondent Bastien Renouil.
