Killer driver who pleaded guilty to DUI hit and run of two Ole Miss students released from prison 9 years early

Seth Garron Rokitka, 30, will be cut loose after a judge amended his 10-year prison sentence over the fatal 2022 wreck in Oxford, Mississippi, that left an Ole Miss student dead and another injured.
