New Swalwell accuser speaks out after he resigns from Congress

Lonna Drewes says former Congressman Eric Swalwell drugged, raped and choked her at a California hotel in 2018. After multiple women accused Swalwell of sexual misconduct or assault, he suspended his campaign for governor of California and resigned from Congress. He has denied the allegations. NBC News’ Ryan Nobles reports.
