North Korea tests new lightweight multi-purpose missile launch system

Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon killed 31 people and wounded 40 on Tuesday, Lebanon’s health ministry said, including at least four children and three women, as Israel said it was intensifying operations despite a truce with Hezbollah.
