Ship operators involved in Baltimore bridge collapse charged with misconduct

The ship operators in connection to the collapse of Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge, Synergy Marine Pte Ltd and Synergy Maritime Pte Ltd and one of its managers, have been charged with misconduct and obstruction.
