Terna CEO Ready to Waive Severance After Italy’s Meloni Demand

The outgoing chief executive officer of grid operator Terna SpA, Giuseppina di Foggia, is willing to waive a €7.3 million ($8.6 million) severance to take a new role as chairwoman of ENI SpA after Italian Premier Giorgia Meloni said she had to decide between the two options.
