Trump rules out using nuclear weapons to end Iran war

The Justice Department says it is reclassifying medical marijuana under federal law, meaning it'll no longer be regulated like heroin or LSD. Researchers say the change will give them more opportunities to better understand how the drug impacts medical issues. NBC's Anne Thompson reports.
