Trump Signs Bill to Fund DHS, Ending Record 75-Day Shutdown

President Donald Trump signed a funding bill to end the record-setting 75-day partial government shutdown. The bill restores funding for the Department of Homeland Security which includes key agencies like FEMA, the Secret Service and the TSA.
